Jurutera Perunding Wahba Sdn Bhd (WAHBA) was established in December 1990 in Kuching, Sarawak as a wholly Malaysian-owned Bumiputera consulting engineering firm. We are registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) to practise Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy and are a panel member of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Malaysia (ACEM).
From our headquarters in Kuching, Sarawak and our second office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, we deliver a full spectrum of civil and structural engineering services — from major infrastructure and port development to water supply systems, flood mitigation and strategic master planning.
Our scope of services includes conceptual design, detailed investigation, detailed design, tender and contract documentation, commercial and technical evaluation, value engineering, construction supervision and contract administration.

WAHBA was awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 Management System Certification by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) on the Provision for Design, Project Management and Administration of Civil and Structural Engineering Works on 8 December 2001.
The Company updated its quality management system framework on 14 February 2017 in accordance to ISO 9001: 2015 standard for managing all its core business processes in design development and services to ensure that Clients’ needs and expectations are met.
